About:
Cat was raised in Sturbridge, Mass. Upon attending Salem State, she found her love of the ocean and moved to Gloucester permanently in 1989.
Cat has an extensive legal background. She began her legal career at Orlando & Associates in 1991 as a legal assistant and continued working at Orlando until 1996 where she learned a great deal about personal injury and maritime law. She then worked as a legal assistant and paralegal in another firm specializing in probate and family, real estate and estate planning. She continued working until 2002 when she took time to raise her growing family. During this time, she began working for legal transcription companies and typed minutes for the Suffolk County Grand Jury. She also performed bookkeeping services for several local companies.
Cat is the proud mother to three sons who have since become young men. During the time she raised her family, she held many volunteer positions such as helping the Gloucester Public Schoools at East Gloucester, O’Maley and Gloucester High, and was also a Board member for the East Gloucester Vikings and Gloucester Youth Fishermen for several years. In 2016, she reconnected with the love of her life, Scott, and they married and live happily in East Gloucester.
In 2022, Cat returned to Orlando & Associates in a paralegal capacity.
